Our Services
Luna offers education, awareness, and connection-based services designed to help people better understand trauma, access appropriate support, and create safer, more informed communities.
Each service is grounded in Luna’s mission: to bring light to experiences that too often remain hidden, and to help bridge the space between trauma and support.
Luna Voices is Luna’s podcast series, created to raise awareness through honest storytelling, education, and open conversation.
Through personal experiences, reflections, and trauma-informed discussions, Luna Voices aims to help people understand the long-term impact of abuse and trauma, recognise patterns that often go unseen, and feel less alone in their own experiences.
Luna Voices is designed for anyone wanting to learn more, whether from a personal, supportive, or educational perspective.
If you’re not sure what kind of support you need, Luna can help point you in the right direction.
Support Navigation is a gently guided referral pathway designed to help people identify the most appropriate professional services or trusted support options for their situation.
This may include guidance toward:
-
crisis support services
-
trauma-informed counselling or psychology
-
domestic violence or abuse support services
-
mental health support pathways
-
general first-step guidance when someone feels unsure where to begin
Luna is not a crisis service, counselling service, therapy provider, or legal service. This offering exists to help make the first step feel clearer and less overwhelming.
Luna offers workshops designed to bring awareness, education, and meaningful conversation into schools, community spaces, and group settings.
These workshops are intended to help young people, parents, educators, and communities better understand trauma, recognise harmful patterns, and feel more confident having important conversations around safety, support, and wellbeing.
Topics may include:
-
understanding trauma and trauma responses
-
recognising signs that someone may be struggling
-
supportive conversations and how to respond
-
coercive control and unhealthy relationship dynamics
-
awareness-building for schools and communities
Each workshop is designed with care and can be adapted depending on the audience, age group, and setting.
Luna workshops are educational in nature and are not counselling sessions or therapy services.
Luna is available for event collaborations and awareness-based partnerships aligned with its mission.
Luna is especially passionate about conversations that create greater understanding around trauma, abuse, support, and the power of safe community.
Our message is stronger when we work together.

All Luna services are offered with care, intention, and clear boundaries.
Luna exists to raise awareness, provide education, and help connect people with appropriate support. It is not a crisis service, therapy provider, or legal service.
If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support, please contact emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.
